Like the sound of that!

So I was doing some thinking about some ideas I would have in my Phys. Ed. class one day, and I like the idea of the interactive biking with the video games and the DDR setup. I believe the students would enjoy those activities a lot seeing as how they are fun and enjoyable for all. The DDR would then be more to the liking of the kids at the age group, whatever that may be with the songs they would love. The interactive biking with the video game is a great way to get the kids' minds off of thinking it's just a stupid exercise. The video game allows the kids to be in the activity without realizing they are getting an intense workout. Both of these ideas will hopefully be able to be incorporated into my Physical Educational classes.
